China Law Consulting is onderdeel van Vitoria Instituut en opgericht door juristen met een uitgebreide ervaring in internationaal recht, Chinees recht en juridische advisering.
CLC beschikt over een netwerk van Chinese juristen die zijn geselecteerd op basis van deskundigheid en kennis van de zakelijke cultuur in Europa. Door dit netwerk verleent CLC juridische ondersteuning voor de zakelijke activiteiten van Europese bedrijven in China.
CLC verlicht de zorgen en kosten van het zakendoen in China. Bedrijven hoeven niet meer een dure Europese advocaat te benaderen of direct te communiceren met een Chinese advocaat. Ook wordt het veelvuldig heen en weer reizen naar China vermeden.

Erik Denters obtained his law degree from the University of Amsterdam (1983) and holds a PhD from the VU University Amsterdam (1993). He has been a consultant for the United Nations, visiting researcher at the IMF and is involved in consultancy projects in Asia. He has an extensive academic background and is author of Law and Policy of IMF Conditionality (Kluwer, 1996). He has published on US-Chinese dispute on the dollar-RMB exchange rate and has taught International Trade and Investment Law at various Chinese universities. Currently he is director of the LL.M. Program in International Business Law at the VU University Amsterdam. |

Kenneth Manusama obtained his law degree from the VU University Amsterdam (1998) and received his doctorate in International Law there (2004). He worked as assistant professor in International Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and later as adjunct assistant professor at the Center for Global Affairs of New York University. In New York, he was also an associate attorney at the law firm of Donahue & Partners. At this firm he worked as a legal project manager for multinational companies, dealing with multiple jurisdictions and fields of law, including labor law and foreign exchange controls. |
